Once a property is listed on our websites an email is sent out to over 2,000 local agents, and your listing will be available on over 100,000 sites nationwide through this network. We advertise significantly online to bring over 1,000 visitors to our sites on a monthly basis. Your properties will be featured on sites like Realtor.com, Craigslist, Backpage, Listhub, Point2Agent and many others. We also take multiple photos of property for promotional use.    It amazes us how other REO brokers either only have 1 photo of the property or no photo at all. We strive to promote your properties to their fullest potential providing cutting edge technology to get your property sold!

We place a Red, White and Blue professional sign, just like The American Flag, which will stand out among the crowd. Our 24 Hour Toll Free Info Line gives recorded information to prospective buyers and captures all prospects numbers even if they do not leave a message and we will call everyone back to determine if there is interest in your property. Prospects will be able to forward the call to the listing agent or to the preferred loan officer by entering an additional extension. We have sold properties to those who did not leave a message.
